Cooked oatmeal with skim milk, topped with dried cranberries, granola and candied walnuts. Choice of toast.    12

Short-stack of pancakes, one slice of French toast and half waffle, with fresh strawberries, dusted with powdered sugar. Served with maple syrup and butter. 14

French Toast and Berries
Two thick slices of brioche bread dipped in a French toast batter and cooked until golden brown and topped with our warm very-berry sauce.    14

Egg White Omelet
Three-egg white omelet with local organic baby spinach, sundried tomatoes, slow roasted natural turkey breast and feta cheese. Served with fruit and toast.    16

Turkey Breakfast Burrito
Slow roasted natural turkey breast, scrambled egg whites, hash browns, spinach, tomatoes and provolone cheese. Spread with SPICY house sauce and wrapped in a spinach flour tortilla. Served with cup of fruit.    14

Mexican Chorizo Omelet
Three-egg omelet with Mexican chorizo, sautéed onions, bell peppers, mushrooms and SPICY ghost pepper cheese. Topped with avocado and served with hash browns and choice of toast.    16

Hangar Benedict
Toasted rye bread with bacon, tomatoes, spinach, avocado and two poached eggs. Topped with hollandaise sauce and served with hash browns.    18

7 oz. pork chop stuffed with bread stuffing, sage leaves and cranberries. Served with mashed potatoes and grilled asparagus, with a side of cranberry sauce.
